Job Purpose:
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing several of Limelight's large, complex, and high priority projects, partnering with business leaders to lead a project through its full lifecycle, from idea to closeout.
Essential Functions:
General project management skills Develop and manage project scope, budget, roadmap, resources, and schedules. Focus relentlessly on delivering business value:
develop and manage project success metrics in partnership with business sponsors, technical teams, and other stakeholders. Clearly communicate status and project risks (written and verbal) to all levels of the organization, as the single point of contact for each project. Successfully deliver projects on time, on budget, to agreed scope, and with high quality. Project management at Limelight Our TPMs are client-obsessed partners with the business, and help to design innovative solutions, propose alternatives, and challenge where appropriate. Our TPMs need to have some technical background, and need to be eager to learn more. Our projects include building out PoPs in data centers, developing software, launching software products, and improving internal business processes and tools, using both agile and waterfall methodologies. Our TPMs get their hands dirty:
they move quickly between managing, problem solving, analyzing, and producing artifacts. Our TPMs juggle several projects at once, in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and gracefully adapt to changing priorities. Our TPMs serve both internal and external stakeholders, and therefore must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the professional poise needed to lead a room full of people. Our TPMs are comfortable collaborating with (and building relationships with) remote colleagues in time zones all over the globe - sometimes this means meeting at odd hours. Our TPMs follow standards established by the PMO, and are also active contributors to improve the way our PMO operates.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field). Experience managing projects according to a standard (e.g., PMBOK), and using project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, KeyedIn, ClickUp). 6
years managing and/or supervising complex and cross-functional projects with multi-disciplinary technical teams, particularly in an Agile environment (scrum or Kanban). Scrum master experience is a plus, as is an understanding of the SDLC. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong sense of ownership:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
